A few notes about the powers listed listed here...

This is a list of powers from ADRPG campaign and how they might be expanded and broken down into smaller, more discreet powers. If I were to incorporate ADRPG powers, this is how I'd do it, and how the powers would be broken down.

I've added listings for Psi and jewel powers. Psi powers don't formally exist in Amber, but there's no reason they couldn't. Jewel powers aren't statted out anywhere, so I theorized what the full set of jewel powers could be.

There are no costs listed. That's because powers and abilities are earned by teaching and doing in the campaign, not by experience points. If a player/character has learned to do something really cool, they shouldn't be limited by arbitrary costs. Inversely, if they don't stretch themselves, I'm not going to give them powers just because they put in their time.

When a power is indented in from a power above it, it requires the power above to be learned.

And most powers need to have their initial skill/ability taught to the character. I only allow magic and psionics as initial powers to characters uninitiated to the universe. But there are always exceptions.

Basically, this is all how this GM sees the powers. If you have any feedback or suggestions, let me know.
